What to write in the line "Work experience for the last 3 years"?
On xx, in order to create a resume, you must indicate work experience for the last 3 years.
What if I have no work experience in the field I am looking for or, for example, I have not worked at all.

If there is no experience or it is not relevant, do not indicate anything. Nobody needs this husk.
Depends on the specific hh and the degree of idiocy of a particular company.
In different periods, with different "tops", we had 2 different views on this issue (hiring people in a company):
1 view . If you go to the position of juna jawa, it doesn’t matter to me where you worked as a waiter or manager. Just show me soft skills and hard skills = welcome.
2 look . The more work you have in related fields, for example, as a salesperson, or as a teacher, the more likely you are to deal with most everyday situations that are inherent in most companies - the ability to talk with colleagues, the ability to corporate ethics, and so on. Sometimes it's appreciated too.
Conclusion: I personally lean more towards the 1st view, but a lot of companies, and especially hh (who work in IT, but life-long humanists) regard the lack of experience of any kind at all as your failure. The choice is yours.
PS: personally, I don't see anything wrong with the fact that a person has worked in sales for 20 years, and then he had a desire to master the profession of a programmer (therefore, putting it is not shameful). There is a special category of "old farts" and "elites", who believe that if programming - then java, if a programmer - then 20 years in the profession and start from the university. These are the ones who will weed out your resumes with non-relevant experience. Question: do you need such colleagues in the future - then think for yourself.
