I would advise you to put the bug in some kind of exit hole on your body, but I'm afraid it's not very polite :)
Why do I say that? Because phrases like laziness to start a bug , and who has nothing to do , speaks of a wrong attitude towards the development process. If you are too lazy to issue a bug in a human way and you throw it off by unsubscribing to Slack, then the developers will have exactly the same attitude, they simply will not look at such lazy notes of someone there.
Now more constructively.
If there is fat, then it is better to do everything through fat, just the priority is lower or your own tags.
You can make a general bug list in google docs, or evernote or something like that. From there, the person in charge will file bugs every n-days in fat. If bugs start spreading across all sorts of docks and services - this, IMHO, sucks for developers.
If there are no bug trackers, then any tool convenient for the whole team (and not just for managers) - trello, google docs, evernote, asana, very simple todo lists and others.
In a good way, there should be one place in the development pipeline from where you need to take the bug, as well as one place where to give the result of its processing.

Try bugherd - there is a very convenient interface for clients, with the ability to show what and where right on the screenshot.
(Programmers usually like trello more, but clients prefer bugherd).
