What to use to filter unwanted incoming calls on your home phone?

I have a regular phone line, not IP. There was a need to filter unwanted incoming calls (the so-called "black list"). The first thought was to use a telephone set with a "black list" function. However, it had to be abandoned due to the fact that the blacklists of such phones do not support masks. I already have about 50 numbers with different last 5 digits. The first 6 match.
Is there any device connected to the telephone set, which would be engaged in filtering incoming calls? Ideally, that would also be programmed over the network.
Also, is there an easier way to solve this problem?
