What to use to build a Webpack or Parcel project?

I want to start studying faucets, the choice was Webpack and Parcel.
From the advantages of Parcel:
1) Fast build speed
2) Less documentation (i.e. you don’t really need to learn anything)
3) In simple cases, you don’t need to configure anything
From the advantages of Webpack:
1) Large community
