What to use for an interactive mobile app prototype?

Task: to make interactive app prototypes (iOS, Android). Is there any framework that will allow you to quickly (and preferably simply) create such prototypes? Mandatory support for basic gestures. Let the output be simple static pages, the main thing is to be able to check the convenience of navigation, menus, etc.
Pictures that are simply linked to each other do not fit. often navigation or some key elements are tied specifically to gestures and it is important that it is possible to check these particular moments.

I don’t know how suitable this is, but under wp7 there is Blend with the ability to prototype an application. Alternatively, you can use it.

Hands have not yet reached, but Adobe claims that it is also prototyping mobile applications in adobe proto . 10 USD. Works on Android and iPad.
