Program for creation of sketches under Windows/Web?

I saw a program for creating sketches for mobile applications, websites, etc. from a friend on mac. - super convenient, fast and beautiful.
I set out to find something similar for the web (or win) and for free. In general, I didn’t find anything intelligible ... a maximum of some square shapes, probably for very early stages of design.
Is there something similar for win or web for free? How do you solve such problems?

I love Photoshop, but it takes an order of magnitude longer ... (

Hello. Under Win - look towards Figma. It supports everything the same as Sketch, has extended support for components, built-in prototyping. It will not be difficult to make design layouts of the entire site on it.
