There are certain areas where the user looks after opening the page in 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 seconds. After 3 seconds - 95% of people are usually oriented.
These zones change depending on the time and have INTERSECTIONS! between themselves. (which is IMPORTANT!)
Colors are an addition when focusing attention.
And only then - design, content, etc.
