What to teach a programmer going to university?
I'm going to a European university and have a pretty good idea of how the training will go - from the very beginning (because not everyone had programming at school) they will first study C, C ++, Java and Python.
Should I focus on these languages and start the school year with confidence, or should I go the other way and learn other languages like PHP and Ruby? The languages mentioned above will be studied anyway.
There is knowledge of syntax and basic skills in Python.
