What materials can be used to learn to become an electronics programmer?

Hello everyone, I have a question for knowledgeable people. I've seen similar questions, but my theme is more unique. I want to become an electronics programmer, I am interested in such things: microcontrollers, soldering and designing electronic devices, programming. The fact is that I used to solder according to ready-made circuits and didn’t really think about which component is responsible for what and why it is used here, I have a higher education from which mathematics (diffuses, derivatives, integrals, that’s all) is forgotten, I don’t know if it’s worth studying again and what resources are better? How to reach the level to understand radio electronics in order to understand, for example, how to repair / assemble a device (for example, a PC power supply device, its circuit / tape recorder / rewind the transformer / disassemble the device circuit), I took books of the university / vocational school level, either all of the formulas for 100,500 pages come across, or in a descriptive style designed for a kindergarten. On forums like a radio cat, groups of radio amateurs in VK, they didn’t really help in this matter, and judging by everything, the level of people there is clearly high. Advise resources / courses, preferably with accelerated learning, the desire to learn is very great! Thank you.

study, study and study again (c) Lenin.
not the kind of book that I read and immediately received 146% of knowledge.
electronics is now very multifaceted, there is analog, there is digital, there is high-frequency electronics, there is power electronics, etc. and at the same time, specialists in one topic may have little understanding in another topic, the methods of work are very different.
and about Lenin - you just need to poke around and knowledge will come - you choose the topic of interest and begin to understand the circuits - draw the passages of currents, signals according to the circuit, build state diagrams, levels, etc.
those. fill the labor callus, drive into the subconscious the basic skills of each element of the scheme, and slowly in months you will begin to understand offhand how the scheme works and what goes where.
plus practice because "the devil is in the details" and the theoretically working shemka begins to give out such fertels that you just go crazy with it.
but that is the way everywhere.

Set a goal, what you want to do, then look for different suitable manuals on the topic. I think so with practice and get a quick learning. My friend did just that, he decided to create a 3-4G receiver to control something. Here is his brainchild now - minlarc.com
