Where would you advise to enter in St. Petersburg with 270 points and the goal of becoming a web programmer?

I am engaged in web programming (Frontend). I really love this business, and I think it’s pretty good, it turns out. I have already made money doing freelancing. I want to find a balance between the prestige of a university and freedom in it, because I prefer to study on my own. What do you recommend from universities? What specialties? So far, I have chosen Polytechnic University and ITMO.
Please do not suggest not to act at all. For a variety of reasons, this is not an option.

Well, ITMO is generally considered. But it is much faster and more efficient to take courses in some kind of geekbrains or intensive courses in the html academy and work as a developer with a normal salary in a maximum of a year.
He himself walked the path of the university in St. Petersburg, then he really regretted the wasted years. The path of self-education is faster and better with proper determination. I have never met such IT offices where everyone would not give a damn about your diploma. When the availability of specialized knowledge is easy to check, then why is it?

Enter the studio, they won’t teach you at the university)
And if you want to be the son of your mother’s friend, then, of course, you need to be more prestigious. ITMO is a good choice, you will be your mother's good fellow. The Polytechnic University has diploma dual citizenship programs. You can study in the nearest Lappeenranta, 200 km from St. Petersburg, but the prestige is such that all my mother's friends bite each other's elbows.
