How to win online olympiads on the Codeforces platform?

It can't be said that I can't do anything - at city Olympiads I consistently win prizes, since there are only 20-30 participants, and on Codeforces I often stay in the middle, that is, for example, 400th place out of 800 participants.
The goal is to win the Technocup / similar state. Olympiad - a guarantee of admission to the budget of the university in the relevant specialty (I plan to study at ITMO as a software engineer).
Archive training increases the skill a little, but I don’t feel the time and I can’t concentrate, something like procrastination, but that’s another matter. Real-time Olympiads do not allow you to relax and develop this concentration, which helps to train and will still be needed at work.
There are no problems with literature - I can read as much as I like. Maybe there are courses / books / articles from knowledgeable people? Heard about the courses0 , 1 , 2 ) on this topic from ITMO, but they are in English, and they start in March.
