What to read / watch on economics and finance?

For general development. At the university, we had economics for one or two semesters, but they mostly taught microeconomics and not very deep. I'm interested in how markets work, how central banks and other government agencies that regulate the country's economy work, how exchanges between states take place. And the basics of accounting will not hurt either.
Recommend literature written in human language. Or maybe lectures on the Internet.

The main starting point is the legal issue, this is absolutely obvious. It is also obvious that in this sense a complete mess is going on (where is the money, Zin !!!) . I’m actually also interested in how it all works like this, when everyone interprets the laws and rules in their own way, as they want?

I have economy. education, so I read a lot of books on this topic.
In my opinion, it is worth starting with one of two:
1) McConnell's Economics, which has already been recommended here.
This is a classic university textbook based on the Keynesian view of economics. On the one hand, it covers all the main theoretical points of macroeconomics, but you need a lot of patience to read it.
2) History and Philosophy of Economics, edited by Konotopov
I think that this will be a more interesting book, since it covers the history of the development of economic thought, without really delving into mathematical models.
