What to read to improve workflow?
Colleagues, tell me, what would you need to read in order to establish a workflow?
Our company "works agile", which seems not entirely correct.
All workflow on one board, which I disagree with. It is clear that a scrum master is needed, but its need has yet to be proven. The leadership.
So far, I am studying unstructured information, trying to figure out how to properly organize the work. I hope that the community will be able to suggest suitable literature and courses.

There are a lot of methodologies, but this is not a guide to action and you always have to think with your head. If it works, then at least it's a success. It works - don't touch it - it's a good principle and changing something because it "seems not quite right" is stupid and not profitable.
BUT!
If you have any pain in the team, then they need to be addressed. It is necessary to determine the sore spots, find the cause of these pains ( Five whys ) and treat it.
