Project tracking with Agile functionality
When developing in the studio, we used Redmine for more than a year.
It suits many, but it lacks visibility. It is difficult enough to produce an analysis of the current situation without interrupting all projects.
+ moving towards Agile methodology.
In this regard, the question arose what to choose:
1. Stay on Redmine + install some Agile plugins?
2. Switch to Jira, but without expensive plugins it is not very pleased with the functionality.
3. Take Youtrack?
4. Corporate portal Bitrix + Scrumban.
5. Your option?
There are also requirements:
- Installation on your server.
- The speed of work.
— Low price up to 10-20 users.
- Gantt charts.
- Time trekking.
— Work with mail. (Reception of tasks via mail)
- Of course, the convenience of work.

If we talk about installing on your server, then the free AgileTeam would be the best option .
Good evening!
Youtrack is complete shit, redmine is like a way out, but not very convenient and reliable. Jira is quite expensive, Bitrix needs to be finished for the studio - the standard version will not work at all. Scrumban is not convenient when there are many projects.
1) TeamLab - both project work and CRM system. Insanely convenient thing with an online office (ideal) and other goodies. It will also allow you to create "guests" - for example, outsourcing workers.
2) BitBucket - free git hosting with task tracking - we use it purely as part of a team of programmers
Good day.
We have a small team of 20 people. We have been using redmine for several years now and all this time the only thing missing was a convenient timer to keep track of time for each task. But not so long ago, this problem was also solved using the RMClient desktop timer . We use a mixed methodology and everything suits us. Perhaps if you change the scheme of work with redmine itself, then you won’t have to switch.
