What to read about IBM z/OS?

Good evening.
Until Monday, I would like to understand how to work with IBM z / OS, at least at a basic level.
I am familiar with UNIX, but have never dealt with the developments of IBM.
Please tell me some manual or any other literature from which you can learn the basic principles of working with this thing.
