How to replace pieces of text by regexp with URL in sphinx-doc?
I really want to use something like this in the docks CASE-1234and get the correct link to the bug tracker, but I don't want to mess with issue:`1234`.
Something like commentlink in Gerrit.
Can someone tell me how to do this at the project level, without picking in the sphinx doc itself?
