What to read about configuring postfix to send emails through another service?

I'm settling in on a new server (I settled on centos and
digitalocean ), the question arose of setting up mail - there are a lot of things on the network that it's not even clear where to start and where to dig :( mail via Yandex mail* for the domain
The maximum task: to teach postfix to independently collect mail from Yandex* and send it to the right user on the server (more precisely, you need to transfer the received message to the script).I
will be glad for any help.

Why not just use https://pdd.yandex.ru/domains_add/ ?
And of course, read the book of postfix.

@zorruch

Postfix is an MTA and it will hardly go to POP3 / IMAP to third-party services and collect letters from there. It is better to write scripts that will do this. But a better solution would be to force Yandex or Google to forward letters to you.
