Why increased internal transitions in the metric?

Added np website to prestashop products via csv file import. After that, strange things began to happen with Yandex metrics: internal transitions increased sharply, the indicators of visits through the search dropped to zero. Yandex metric status is yellow.
The site works just as well as before. Website arthata.by
What could be the problem? Something with the base? Some structure of the site is broken? How to check for errors?
