What to look for when buying gadgets from China?

There was a need to buy a wireless audio receiver. You need a device to get rid of the constant poking of wires when listening to music. So that from a stationary computer, and from a phone, and from a laptop, you can listen to music painlessly. I plan to give sound to simple active speakers.
In Russia, the choice is not great. Therefore, I got to the Chinese, especially since they are cheaper. Found several options, very similar in characteristics and prices. The question is how to determine where frankly cheap Chinese electronics are, and where is a device that is quite justified for its money?

In my experience of buying gadgets from China, everything at least somewhat technically complicated is better to take branded ones three times more expensive in Russia.
At the moment, everything that I bought there has broken down, from swollen lithium batteries (which initially did not hold a container) to an automatic feeder for fish. The DVR lasted the longest, but also died.
The only thing that works is flashlights. But there is essentially a diode and a battery compartment, there is nothing to break.
Plus, they sent a broken device twice, and once they sent not what they ordered at all. More expensive or cheaper than the original, I find it difficult to say, because. I don't understand what they sent me. Something like a filling station for alcoholic beverages in the form of a mini gas station. Why do I need it - I xs.

I bought a third one on ebay (I don't know what they have inside, but the case is exactly the same). The sound is terrible, like on a phone. For the price of the first one, you can buy the Jabra Clipper from us, there will be the possibility of connecting several devices, a guarantee and clear sound.
