Can I use a bug in an online store to my advantage?

I found a bug in the online store that allows you to buy goods with a huge discount. Wrote in support, they thanked for the appeal, but did not fix anything. It seemed that those support did not understand what the problem was. Can I continue to exploit the bug for profit without being held liable?
upd: In order to use this error, you need to change one value in the source code of the page. And then make a purchase.

You can, and if they refuse to provide a service or release a product, then you can also protect your rights, because. all terms of use of the store and all rules for processing orders must be publicly available.
If I were you, I would share this opportunity with all my friends and colleagues.
Your actions are not fraud or anything like that, it is enough to prove that you used the open functionality that the store itself provided to you.
