Do I need to indicate the exchange rate on the invoice for a foreign customer when paying via swift?

I am a sole trader. Issued an invoice for a Swiss company. The invoice amount is in euros. They paid from an account in Swiss francs. Payment was through swift. The francs were converted and exactly as many euros as indicated in the invoice came to my euro account for individual entrepreneurs. The exchange rate of the Swiss franc to the euro is not important to me at all, all agreements with the customer are only in euros.

The bank, when conducting currency control, said that the invoice should indicate the exchange rate of the Swiss franc to the euro, since in fact the payment was in Swiss francs. It does not explain why it is needed, just such rules. The rules are apparently not particularly strict, since in the end they agreed to credit the payment, but as an exception. However, the question remains:

Question:
Do I need to indicate the exchange rate on the invoice for a foreign customer if there is a currency conversion during the payment?
If it is really regulated by some rules or laws, then which ones? What course should be indicated in this situation?

In my opinion, the requirement is delusional, because the exchange rate is floating. If the customer and I come up with our own exchange rate of the Swiss franc to the euro and pay for it, then some other amount in euros will come to my account, and not the one indicated in the invoice. A conditional account for 1000 euros, at the rate of 1 CHF = 1 EUR, but in reality, for example, 980 euros will come, at the rate of 0.98 CHF to 1 EUR. Which, from the point of view of the agreements, is not correct, because I expect to receive exactly 1,000 euros for my work, and not less.

I will be glad to any comments on the topic. If the bank is wrong, then I would like it to be argued somehow. If the bank is right, then I need to understand what rate to indicate on the invoice and how to live with it later from the point of view of tax accounting in the Russian Federation.

The banker was wrong. I opened the swift codes, and asked the bank for clarification. The interbank transfer was already in euros. And the bank specialist thought that it was in Swiss francs. A month of suffering in vain.
In my swift message there are the following fields
: 32A: 200715EUR1000,
: 33B: CHF1100,
Here are the codes that are in the swift message
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MT103
: 32A: this is what came through the interbank. That is, the conversion was still on the sender's side and 1,000 euros were already flowing through the interbank market.
:33B: this is just a reference, as far as I can see, that the amount was originally in francs before the conversion.
The codes are original from my post. The amounts were set randomly.
As a result of a repeated appeal to the bank, they wrote that everything was done correctly and there would be no further problems with the euro account. No exchange rate of the Swiss franc to the euro needs to be indicated.
hmm :)

Certainly a crazy idea. The course is floating. It is necessary to negotiate in the currency of the customer, laying all the costs for commissions for transfers and conversions

Multiple currencies are always indicated!
Make it a rule:
The price is in euros .... which is equivalent in Swiss francs in the amount of ..., which is equivalent to the amount ... in rubles.
well, or swap everything depending on who the contract is with and what is the main currency, for example:
Price in Swiss francs in the amount of ... which is equivalent to the amount ... euros ...
