What to learn for Backend?

I am a beginner in programming, no work experience, knowledge of English at the level of "My name is .......". I want to go in the "Backend" direction, I have basic knowledge of c #, however, because of the demand, I want to program in python, there are a huge number of courses, videos, etc. on the Internet.
Question!
Which (free) courses out of the whole set would you recommend, so that the effect from them is maximum?
Thanks for the answer!

@Aslanbek954

Courses already negate the expression "maximum effect".
Maximum effect:
1. Reading Lutz
2. Trying to put it into practice by doing something. Well, for example, a bot for a cart is now fashionable. You increase the functionality, or you saw something else.
3. Reading cooler books (Fluent Python) and more specific ones (Obey the Testing Goat!, Two Scoops of Django)
4. Understanding Python open source
Repeat steps 2-4 until you die.
You learn English in parallel according to the nearest documentation, google every unfamiliar word, or with the Poles in a counter-strike.
