What to learn after PHP?

Hello!
I am a programmer with over 3 years of development experience. I write in php. But lately I've been wondering what to study next? Where is technology heading?
Not many options:

  1. JavaScript
  2. Java
  3. C++

I understand that these are all different directions, but maybe someone also had such a choice.
PS I don't want to leave web development, but more and more often I see vacancies in large companies for Java and C ++ and less and less for PHP.
UPD. Comments are welcome.

I would probably start learning JavaScript all the same.
And then Java and C++

If you want to develop as a programmer, the first thing worth reading is the basics of algorithmization, which lay the foundation for the developer, which, apparently, you don’t have: since many people think that no one needs it today. Languages are secondary: Js/Python/Ruby/Java/Go/Rust - if you have time, you can each look at the language for 2-4 weeks.

I would advise learning English. With this knowledge, you will open up new horizons both in further study and in the use of PHP.

There are 2 options:
1) become a cool server developer, this is HighLoad, specific functions. This is the development of PHP and other server-side languages and nuances.
2) become a manager, lead developer, technical director. It is to take more technologies, analyze them, choose the best solution to the problem.

The modern web is impossible without JavaScript. Regardless of the backend.

Depends on where you're aiming.
If it is to expand the development tools, then who are you a back-end or front-end developer?
If the first, then it is purely individual, but personally I would prefer Go or Java. RoR or Python - the same php eggs, profile view.
If you want to specialize in front-end, then there are no alternatives to JavaScript.
