What to include in your first resume for a developer position?

I found an interesting vacancy at hh for the position of a developer and I ask for your advice on creating a resume.
What do I have?
1) I have never worked in the IT field, I just made a couple of landing pages (with adaptive), which are posted on the git. There I used html, css, less, jquery (on a basic level).
2) I also have basic knowledge of JS, but I need to repeat it.
3) At the moment I'm mastering Wordpress
4) I have a certificate of completion of Node.JS courses, but that was 2 years ago and I didn't understand much there.

How to present all this correctly?

I learned the node, although the basic js is strange. In general, instead of WordPress, learn bootstrap, a preprocessor such as scss, react. And you can specify what you are sure of

Indicate a set of theoretical knowledge that you can confirm, and a link to a pet project.

Competently - this is to make your project and put it in your resume, links to github are also a plus, unfortunately no one needs your diploma, it makes no sense to indicate it.

I myself faced such a problem, it is necessary to indicate the work experience on the headhunter. Like if you indicate that you worked as a manager at a previous job, this will not interest the employer. Specify Sole proprietorship / private practice / freelancing

Let's take a look at what you wrote:

1) I have never worked in the IT field, I just made a couple of landing pages (with adaptive) that are posted on the git. There I used html, css, less, jquery (on a basic level).

Ok, we have two landings.
2) I also have basic knowledge of JS, but I need to repeat it.

Without pet projects on js it makes no sense
3) I am currently learning Wordpress

Similarly, without pet projects it makes no sense
4) I have a diploma of completing courses in Node.JS, but that was 2 years ago and there I didn’t understand much.

Similarly, there are no pet projects - what's the point of the crust?
In the bottom line, we have scanty layout experience.
Layout designers are not something that would be a highly demanded profession. With such baggage, it is unlikely that they will take work somewhere.
What to include in your first resume for a developer position?

A link to a pet project in which you applied those technologies (or some of them) that are required in the vacancy.
Example, vacancy - React, resume pet project with React, Redux, Saga, Router
