What to do without a flash player on Linux?
when I put the axis through the "normal installation" + check the box "additional by, some of them are proprietary blah blah", then when I go to VK and open the player everything works fine, but if I put it through the "minimal installation", then of course nothing does not work, who will tell you which package should be installed? otherwise adobe is already everything, retired and in the repositories it is not

Most likely, no codecs are installed or drm, but flash has nothing to do with it.
sudo apt install ubuntu-restricted-extras flashplugin-installer
