It happens that Windows itself blocks charging in case of overheating of the battery. It is quite possible that this is your case. It’s easy to check here: if such an error pops up, turn off the laptop, after 5 minutes
(to cool down) turn it on again, and if at first the laptop works properly, and the error only appears later, then it’s overheating. You need to clean the laptop from dust and organize cooling, for example, buy a stand with cooling.
