What to do with old links in bitrix when renaming a product catalog?

Question about the Bitrix engine. There was a catalog with the address /catalog/stoly-i-stulya/*product name*/
stoly-i-stulya was replaced with just stulya by changing the symbolic code of this infoblock to the required one in the admin panel. But now there is a problem. We can open a product either by the link /catalog/stoly-i-stulya/*product name*/ or by /catalog/stulya/*product name*/. Is it possible to somehow solve this problem using Bitrix or only 301 redirects from all pages like /catalog/stoly-i-stulya/*product name*/ to new ones?

You can’t have a product available on two links, maybe your 404 is not configured correctly.
And of course, write a 301 redirect.
