How does Bitrix form the path when uploading a file?

Usually, when uploading files to Bitrix (note, properties of infoblocks), the files are uploaded to the upload folder, and the path looks like /upload/iblock/xxx/file.png, as long as I work with Bitrix, the scheme was like this. But here, on one project, files began to be uploaded according to the following scheme /upload/iblock/xxx/*string of ~10-15 characters*/file.png , although everything was ok before. Maybe someone faced similar? We need to somehow get rid of these addresses, but it is not yet clear how
