How to insert {{PRODUCT_ID}} as array key?

In sale.basket.basket->template->js-templates->basket-item.php , I pass in the $_SESSION['favourites']['{{PRODUCT_ID}}'] array, but it doesn't output anything. If you display {{PRODUCT_ID}} separately, then everything is fine, but it does not want to get into the array as a key.
