It doesn’t want to install through the menu, it gives out like this:

If through certbot --apache and enter the site name default, then like this:

And if through certbot --apache and enter the site name you need, then like this:

Where to dig?

I strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the course for hosters , it discusses the regular possibilities for obtaining a certificate through lets'encrypt, and in no case try to configure certbot'a (if you want, then only manual installation)
