What to do with frustration from lack of time?

I want to do at least 2-3 times more than I do now. I don’t see any prospect of “raking up”, I think everyone knows from experience that this is a utopia.
The question is not how "to do everything," because it is physically impossible. I am constantly frustrated by this. How can you get rid of discomfort?
P.S. I know about all sorts of Lebedev's "progressive jeep methods", of course, it's good when you have a company of 250 people, you can formulate a solution to the problem and continue to savor the wine on the veranda, while the performers spend N hours on a real solution . However, this method is not available to mere mortals.

Already wrote somewhere here:
1. We understand that you can’t do all the things and you won’t jump above your head. We take it for granted and do not worry about it
2. We write out the highest priority cases "for now" (as it suits you: for a day, for a week). No more than three cases in one list.
3. We take the very first thing on the list and do it.
4. Then the second
5. After the end of the list - we return to step 2

Go to a psychologist and work through the belief that you "should do more" (he will help you formulate it correctly). Otherwise, you will reach a neurosis.
Your body always deletes as it can and wants, and the consciousness mistakenly thinks that it can change the state of things through rebellion. The tension will rise, you need to work with it.
