What book to read about goal setting?

Hi all!
It is well known that the better the skill of setting goals, the faster they are achieved.
I ask you to recommend a book on goal setting and preferably not too "dry", but also more or less strict, so that the wording is clear and not blurry.
UPD
List of books suggested in the answers:

  1. "Achieving the Goal" - Brian Tracy - thanks to @RadmirZ
