TODO service with convenient synchronization?

Tried evernote for this purpose, Google calendars - not that.
A search on habré gives out very old records.
Tell me a convenient service that has not only a web client, but also clients for iOS, Android, Windows and OS X - you want to always have an up-to-date list on your phone, tablet, home and work computers.

I may be a die-hard nokia user, but the microsoft calendar suits me just fine. One shared on the computer and on the phone.
PS I don't use OS X and iOS, so I honestly don't know.

If you remove the android with Windows, leaving only the Apple ecosystem, then there is nothing better than Things

for Todo I use MS onenote - office 10 at home, it's the same on the phone, in New UI Win8 - Onenote is free in the market, I don't even have an office on win8.
All thoughts on the project recorded from where will come to all other places.
