What to do with errors in Unity without text?

When creating any project in Unity (2020.3.25f1), I have 2 errors in the console without text. Googled, you need net 3.5, but it only works on Windows 7, and I have 10, and there is no way to install 7.

What version of unity? In my opinion, this is only on older versions of the unit.
