What to do with application glitches on Chinese smartphones?

We are developing a small application using geotargeting.
The user's application hangs on a smartphone with aliexpress. There is no access to this phone because the user is in another city. We can’t figure out how to fix the freeze (presumably due to geotargeting)
I found out about this model in stores and they told me that this is some kind of terry Chinese that, in principle, is not for sale in Russia.
