Application localization service?

Once there was a great service for creating application localization - Amanuens ( amanuens.com/). He understood the format of Android text resources (including), was able to work as a client with various VCS, which made him very useful and convenient for teamwork. But most importantly, it was free. It was possible, if necessary, to order a transfer for banknotes, if he himself did not manage (this is the question of what funds the service lived on).
Are you familiar, dear %username%, with free analogues of the service described above?

Android has a localization mechanism and there is no point in using gettext. You just need to edit resource files through a convenient web muzzle.
