What to do with a long shutdown?

The drivers were updated yesterday, from 2 minutes it became almost 15 seconds (win 8 on a macbook). On a black screen, it buzzes after "Shutting down".
I stopped basking today after that (it was hot at work).
The thermal paste was recently changed if anything. What, tell me, can I do?

Rephrase the question, nothing is clear! What, when, where, why...
I'll try to guess.
1) Win8 is installed on the macbook in bootcamp mode (?)
2) Someone updated the driver (and which one?)
3) Something worked for 2 minutes, but began to work for 15 seconds?
4) The operating system (Win8?) does not turn off on its own?
5) It was after the update (which drivers?) that it began to warm up (this driver?). and now it does not heat up (?)!
6) We dismantled the macbook (why?), Changed the thermal paste (????)
7) We don’t know what to do when the macbook hasn’t worked for a long time? (In case of a long shutdown, what should I do?)
