What to do with a chrome-like browser so that videos do not play?

Dozens of videos that are on the page can self-play, also with full sound. Addons for all video types at once - not found. We need such an addon, or setting, if possible, then in the Yandex browser. Or at least in Chrome.

As for YouTube, I use the Disable Youtube ™ HTML5 Player extensions
and naturally I have to have a flash block of some kind, I use StopFlash Flash Blocker
and you can simply set plugins on request in the settings ..
but I don’t know how to disable the html5 player at all
