What to do when ownCloud user quotas expire?

Good afternoon.
OwnCloud 8.2.7 server deployed on ubuntu 14.04.
Users are created from LDAP using the standard ownCloud connector.
User quotas have been dropped from the manually set 20GB to the default 3GB.
