Video cards

What to do, restart the computer?

Dell Inspiron 5548 laptop reboots when a second graphics card is connected.
Yesterday I installed Windows 10 on my laptop.
At first, everything worked fine, but then a "blue screen" with an INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR error began to fly out 3-5 seconds after the OS was started.
Having entered the safe mode, I tried to disable one of the video cards (AMD Radeon R7 M265 4Gb), leaving the Intel HD Graphics 5500 enabled. This helped, but I would like to use the second video card as well.
Tried reinstalling win10 a few times, updating bios, plugging in laptop, just in case. The result is the same, with the second video card "blue screen" enabled.
Drivers for both video cards downloaded from off. Dell website.
How to solve this problem?
PS On Windows 8.1. this problem did not occur.
UPD. I tried to install the driver from AMD site specifically for Windows 10 64bit, no result...

Enable dump creation and look with a debugger, most likely the firewood is crooked.

And why it was necessary to put a crooked Windows? It will be finished for another two years on such hamsters, who are eager to try everything new.
