What to do if Wi-Fi is turned off and the fn buttons do not work?

Hello, I brought a laptop hp 15-r083sr on it wifi is turned off, but I can’t turn it on because the FN buttons do not work. I installed drivers for them and they still don't work. The FN buttons are enabled in the BIOS. Maybe someone knows how to turn on this wi-fi or how to make the fn buttons smell?

On the HP forum, for many laptop models, it is advised in case of turning off Fn: turn off the laptop, turn off the power and battery, hold down the power button for 30 seconds (no power is supplied to the laptop in any form), connect power (only memory, no battery), turn on .

This is a common problem on xp and lenov, most often a problem in software, but there are also hardware ones.
If nothing helps, then you can use this method https://sysalex.com/2015/07/notebook-wi-fi-fix/ ;)
