What to choose components for a PC on Mac OS?

Good afternoon!
I ran into the bizon-pc.com office here, which assembles a PC to install the official mac os (not Hackintosh .. without any kexts, drivers, etc.) .. Actually, that's what interests me.
Can you help me pick the right parts for this job?
As far as I know, Mac Os gets up on Intel and gigabyte motherboards? Or I'm wrong?
It is possible with the reduction of the model.
