The temperature during games and idle is from 32 to 45 degrees.
I tried all the old new drivers, still nothing changes.
Through various programs (msi aft, asus gpu) I tried to control the speed, but they still accelerate on their own.
Through AIDA 64 in the sensors where it shows the RPM of the fan, when the speed is accelerated, the percentage does not change, only the RPM changes and it does not always show the RPM.

Most likely, it's time to service your video card.
Remove cooling, clean, change thermal paste.
