What to do if the site takes a long time to load?

When I visit the site from a mobile phone, the site takes a long time to load! No, the site itself (all pictures, fonts) is fast, but then another download appears and I have to wait until it loads, otherwise I won't be able to enter the menu or ask a question. From the computer, this problem was not noticed. Perhaps this is because I'm from Ukraine and the site uses some kind of Yandex API or mail.ru
