Why do notifications come to the tracker, even though I turned them off?

In the notification settings, I sent everything interesting to my mail, the tracker was completely disabled. However, notifications "username liked your answer to the question" and others continue to appear in the tracker. Are they basically unswitchable or can you report a bug?

UPD dated June 9: two events were added to the notification settings:

So far , three types of events have been made non-disableable in the tracker:
Plus non-switchable by definition events such as:

• By email and tracker:
  
  • Moderator moved question to /tmp for reasons: [list of reasons]
  • The moderator returned the question to the general list of questions
• Only by email:
  
  • You have been blocked from the site
