What to do if the site does not open on a specific computer?

I have a website, it worked fine without problems, one fine day "the page is not available", wrote to the domain provider, he replied that he also did not see it, but through vpn he sees it, it's the same for me, he said to wait 24 hours.
More than a day has passed and the site is still not displayed, I wrote to them again and they replied that everything was fine, I checked it on the phone and on other computers, it works there, on my main it doesn’t ... they
advised me to clear the browser cache and DSN (Windows + R, cmd ipconfig /flushdns ), did not help...
Advise what else can be done in this situation?
Windows 7 x64, does not open in any browser, even in those that did not use them and this site did not enter ...

1) check the domain at https://www.whatsmydns.net/ or another service
2) configure the computer to use google DNS 8.8.8.8
