I decided to buy a domain in the .name zone through the time-host.net registrar. Paid, but a day later the domain has not yet been registered. I created a ticket in the control panel, but no one has answered it for the third day. I wrote to support via Skype, they said that the delay was with reg.ru and stopped responding to other questions. I called reg.ru, they said that there was no application for registration and I need to contact my registrar.
What is the best thing to do in such a situation? Wait for a response from technical support or register a domain elsewhere and try to return the money through a payment aggregator (paid with a MasterCard transfer to a Yandex wallet)?
Judging by the reviews on the Internet, time-host.net is not doing well now, although before that I used their hosting for a short time and had no problems.
