What to do if the site crashed on Bitrix?

Good afternoon! Guys, such a topic, I put the slider module on the main page ... saved it ... and the site generally fell! White screen, clear code. I'm in a panic)) I climbed into the page code, removed the component manually, but nothing has changed! What's the trouble??

Read the logs, it clearly says where the problem is and what it is.

Contact those. Bitrix support. They will help you there.

Restore the file you changed.
View carefully the code via ftp. Perhaps somewhere the bracket is not closed or superfluous.

the trouble is probably in the cache
, otherwise you need to go to the Apache error log and see what error is dropping the site

put the slider-module on the main page... saved... and.... Here! That's the reason. Most likely your backup ate up all the disk memory and there is no place for Bitrix to run .... It happened and not only with you, check it out!

First, turn on error output to the screen:
Most often, a white screen in Bitrix is due to errors in the /bitrix/php_interface/init.php file. Perhaps the module you installed modified this file and it got an error. Try to rename this file and see what happens, if the site is working, then there is an error in this file. In case of an error in this file, the admin panel is also not available, so you can only work with it via ftp. init.php
