What to do if the MacBook Pro 15 trolls at 60 degrees?

Hello.
Faced such a problem that the MacBook starts to troll at 60 degrees. The kernel_task process clogs over 70% of the system.
Googling, I found that it works for users at 80-100 degrees.
MacBook absolutely clean, reinstalled on the latest version of macOS Catalina. Works on i7-8850H.
Maybe I included something somewhere? How to deal with it?

As I understand it, you have a poppy with a T2 coprocessor. If so, then most likely some kind of hardware problem, so you are on the road to the service.
