Connecting 4k monitor to macbook pro 13'' 2015 Retina?

How to properly connect and configure a 4K monitor to a Macbook Pro 13 2015 retina so that the resolution is normal for work? Because now at 3840x2160 the picture is very small, at 2k resolution it is a bit soapy. Norms quality only on FHD. but everything is so large (fhd at 27"). Now connected via HDMI, I'm going to buy a Displayprot - miniDisplayprot adapter? but I don't know if this will solve the problem.
Thanks for the answer in advance!

You won't connect at all. If you want pixel by pixel, it will only be as it is now, either large or small. I have it connected with image scaling (there is an item in the external monitor setting), upon closer inspection it turns out blurry, but my eyesight is not like an eagle's and therefore it is normal for me (4K monitor 32 inches).
Somewhere in the tyrnets there was a good article about all these troubles with the resolution of macos with external monitors. I couldn't find it on the run. If I come across I will add a link or someone else can.

No adapter will solve the problem. Above they gave a link to the article, the only true for the apple 5k monitor is 27 "(or 2560x1440) or 4k - 21" (or full HD). Everything else requires scaling the interface and the picture will be soapy, and depending on the distance from the monitor and individual perception, blurryness puts pressure on the eyes in different ways. Therefore, you throw away a 4k 27 "monitor and if there is no money for 5k for $ 1500 (it's easier to buy an aimak), then buy 2560x1440 27"
